Gorgeous, polished timber floors throughout, complementing the spacious open plan living dining area. You will love the kitchen and laundry with handmade Tassie oak joinery; a true labour of love and a joy to use. Entertaining and the flow between the front courtyard, deck and kitchen/ living is so social. We have hosted many dinner parties, Christmases, and celebrations here; the spaces work very well.

We love the bedrooms, and I have to say that our main room is a favourite, capturing the beautiful sunshine in winter and breezes in summer. There are two air cons in the house that contain the warm and cool air beautifully… having said that, it is well insulated and coming home it’s always snug in Winter and cool in summer.

It’s a great size parcel of land; 430msq which offers plenty of scope to add a pool or extend the family home if required. The tropical easy to maintain garden brings so much joy and adds privacy to our front deck and the veggie gardens are completely organic with the best quality soil for growing beautiful food. The lime tree was planted 10 years ago, fruits nearly all year long and absolutely thrives on neglect.

It's been a lovely neighbourhood, with a beautiful family next door who have become great friends. We love the short walk to the waterfront and excellent coffee choices at Frankies, the rabbit hole and Kezza's, depending on how far we feel like meandering, and we are a short walk to the Wynnum North or Central train station and surrounded by quality schools. It will all be sadly missed, and we hope that you will love our family haven as much as we did.'
