Supported by industry best practice systems and processes, you remain connected with your propertythrough ourproperty management software’s Owner’s Portal; a 24/7 cloud-based approach to real-time access to all your documentation, forms, bills, statements, jobs on hand and completed, inspections pending and their completed reports as well as an overview of your property’s performance - costs v income. All this in one easily accessible place for you to peruse or down load at your convenience. There is no need for you to keep documents on hand, as they will always be available through your private owner portal.

As a landlord, it’s important you understand we are not simply ‘rent collectors’ but rather Property Managers in the true sense of the profession. That’s what we do. Yes, of course we make sure your rent is paid on time and in advance while also adjudicating every potential tenant application so that we are certain we select the right tenant for your property. We conduct four regular scheduled inspections per annum (more if required) as well as periodic curb side inspections. As custodians of your property, it’s important to know your property is well cared-for and continues to grow and reap you the returns you expect, and come the day you may consider selling, you will know your property has been managed well and will return handsomely. That’s our job!!
