Sash & Gable Property Management seeks the services of a motivated, enthusiastic, well-mannered, and respectful Property Manager to work towards managing their own portfolio.
We are an award-winning agency that has gained the respect of the local community and has a reputation as an agency that works hard for all our clients, and we are now looking to expand our highly professional Property Management team. Our working environment is diverse, and we need someone equally comfortable in front of landlords and tenants and project managing behind the scenes. This is by no means an ordinary Property Manager position, as our management style is inclusive.
We are a highly respected Property Management company, well regarded for our quick actions, excellent communication, and reliability. The successful applicant will be shown the ropes and coached in using our software, systems, processes, standard of service, and professionalism. Given these skills, you will always be well-received and respected. We are based in Wynnum and primarily manage properties in and around this area of the Bayside.
To be considered for this role, you must have;
> Efficient at Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & Outlook) and Software Literacy with excellent typing and high-level literacy skills
> Good communication, interpersonal skills and confident phone manner
> A demonstrated commitment to continual improvement, innovation and learning
> Empathy and high emotional intelligence with the ability to work within a team
> Current Real Estate Licence
> A clean driver’s licence and reliable motor vehicle
