After years of trying to find the right agency to 'call home' Ian and Gail Gobey realised what they were looking for just didn't exist: a real estate agency that based its business and dealings on real relationships and genuine care for people – whether buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, suppliers, family, friends, neighbours, other business owners... or any other members of the community – and on keeping it local – completely dedicated to locals and local interests.

So, August 2016 they opened the doors to their own business and Sash & Gable Property was born.
