The role of a Sales Associate is the perfect entry point into a Real Estate sales career. As a Sales Associate, you will support Sash & Gable's highly experienced Principal, Gail Gobey, in a range of marketing and sales activities - and in turn, learn 'the ropes'.
An effortless and unpretentious communicator, Gail prides herself on strong relationships and expert knowledge she has built over ten years of working as a sales agent in the local community. In addition, her meticulous attention to detail and innovative, effective marketing campaigns deliver consistently excellent results.

THE JOB
Real Estate Sales is not easy. It takes grit and determination. It needs patience and persistence. It needs creative thinking and commitment to a process. You'll be a 'Sales Creator'. This means you'll need to commit to 6 long days a week for at least three years before you're fully-fledged (think of it as an Apprenticeship) and another three before you can think about buying that supercar! Of course, Saturdays are a must, and odd hours are part of the game...
