2. Routine Inspections: with photos, every 3 months. As a landlord, you have an online 24/7 login with complete owner’s portal access allowing you to view in real time all reporting which includes rent received, bill payments, job current and outstanding, and your ROI;

3. Zero tolerance on rent arrears: our agency adheres to a one week in advance policy;

4. Very timely repairs and maintenance program; with an amazing cohort of trades and services that have been hand-picked based on their fair pricing and quality work

5. Bi-monthly or monthly payment disbursements per your instruction.
